Animal prints and ruffles — I’m in love with this Snake Print Ruffled Dress. I always loved the ruffle style. I have many pieces in my closet that have ruffles. But not too many clothes with snake print over it. I don’t know why.
But, I like animal prints a lot; however, I never spent too much buying it. I remember my first animal print piece was a dress with zebra print. To tell the truth, I still have that dress. I know that because yesterday I was organizing my attic and saw it in a forgotten container. In fact, I haven’t worn this in years, but it still looking like new, and it’s coming back to my closet, baby. Probably, I’ll have fun styling it soon and bring some good memories back to life.
This look has everything I like. All together — high-low-cut dress cover with ruffles, snake print, unique jewelry, wide belt, shine boots, and a yellow jacket. A combination that’s a bit unexpected, but wow, they are making a bold statement!
Versatility with style
Take off the wood bracelet, and you can wear this outfit in a casual event — date night, baby shower, and cocktail. Put the bracelet back on. Switch the point high heel boots for block heel booties, flats, or low heels high-knee boots, and there you have an outfit for everyday activities — kids’ birthday parties, lunch with friends, brunch, and go to work with style.
I love to style looks that you can switch the shoes, and in minutes you transform a day look into an evening look. Trust me, on those busy days with a full schedule to follow up, practicality always wins.
All the looks I style is to inspire you to take advantage of what you already have in your wardrobe. I believe we should shopping in our own closets, you’re going to be surprised by what you can buy from your closet and save a tone of money. I got this ruffle dress last year at Anthropologie, during their fall sale. The boots I got two years ago, and I already styled it here with a black dress. And, the jewelry is my creation, so it’s from Vidart & Life Boutique.
Until next time,
