Shipping Information
I’m happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 USA! For orders under $150 USA see shipping costs below.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (I do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays); however, some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative.

Shipping Status – You will receive an email informing that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number.
International Orders – International Shipping
We ship internationally. Most orders will be shipped by International First Class Mail. The US Post Office estimates delivery for most shipments at 7-15 days. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to too many factors, including a higher volume of mail, increased security concerns, and time to clear customs. There have been instances of international parcels taking 3-6 weeks to arrive. I have no control over the postal service and, therefore can not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.
Customs and import taxes
Please note that Vidart & Life is not responsible for additional customs fees, tax tariffs, or any other charges imposed by your country. It is your responsibility as a buyer to find out about All US States and territories via USPS these additional costs may occur. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your post office.

- Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders are generally delivered within 5-15 business days from the ship date. Your local postal service will make the delivery.
- Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2 Days.

International returns
If you decide you do not want what you ordered, please email me to notify me about your return. I will send you an email confirmation.
- Please send items back to me using any trackable shipping method. Once I receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
International Exchange
We apologize, but we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact me
Ordering & Payment
On the Review page during checkout, select the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase. Please review all shipping information carefully. Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display your order number. A Vidart & Life Order Confirmation with your order details will be sent to you by email.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Vidart & Life Gift Cards.
When Will I Be Charged?
When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is canceled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. Your card’s issuing bank determines the exact time frame for removal.
Taxes
New Jersey residents will be charged 6% sales tax on their order.
Gift Wrapping and Packaging
I guarantee the craftsmanship of my jewelry will be free of defects. Packing and shipping are handled by myself; it will be double-checked before shipping. I take great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival. Each Vidart & Life comes wrapped beautifully for a gift-giving.

Vidart & Life keeps your payment information secure. Vidart & Life never receives your credit card information.
Returns & exchanges
I’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange.
For returns received within 15 days of delivery, I’ll credit your original form of payment. If received after 30 days, a Vidart & Life e-gift card will be issued.
Please note: If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new gift card or e-gift card in the amount of the credit would be issued and mailed/emailed to you accordingly. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
When Will I Be Refunded?
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
How to Return Merchandise – United States
Pack your return securely and in the original packaging (if possible). Place the top half of your packing list, which includes your order number and return reason. Use Your Own Return Shipping Method You can send items back to us using any trackable/insured shipping method.
To track your return, please email me with your order number at vida@vidartandlife.com.

Return Policy
If you decide you do not want what you ordered, please email me immediately, I will send you an email confirmation.
- Please notice:
I will accept returns for a refund just when I’m notified within 5 days of the receipt of the product. You must inform me in advance of your return and receive an email confirmation. I must receive the product back with 15 days of notification of intent to return. If an item is returned damaged or is returned without confirmation, it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. - I do not refund shipping costs.
- There is no return or exchange for used items.
Vidart & Life will gladly accept returns. Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed.
Items must include the attached Vidart & Life price tickets and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt.
Your original form of payment will be refunded for items returned within 15 days of purchase. If returned after 15 days a Vidart merchandise credit card will be issued.
Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit card.

Change / Cancel My Order
I’m not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. Please text me at 973 342 1659 immediately after placing your order, and I will do my best to assist you. I apologize for any inconvenience. Once I ship the order, you may return it under the conditionals stated in the return policy, but I will not refund the shipping cost or fees.
Jewelry Repairs
If a piece of jewelry requires repairing due to craftsmanship and you have paid more than $100.00, I will repair or replace it at no charge within the first 45 days. After 45 days and up to 6 months, I will fix it if possible for a small fee + shipping.
I will be happy to replace the elastic in the bracelets for as long you wish to wear them regardless of the reason for breakage. Please include a check to cover the cost of returning shipping in the package.
If the measurements you provide are not accurate, or if this is a gift and you are not able to provide exact measurements. I will be happy to adjust the size for a fee of $25.00 (shipping included)
