But after a while, you’ll need help to keep growing your business. The question is, Can you afford to pay for it? –  But, If I tell you, even with a tiny budget; Yes, you can. Even better, in this post, I’ll show you how to get remarkable results from a virtual assistant help, even if you can afford only two hours a week.

Wonder if you have enough reasons to have a virtual assistant help?

If it is, then I wonder how you’re handling your own personal needs if you’re already feeling overwhelmed with the first two.

Can you afford a virtual assistant?

It wasn’t until recently that I found the magic of outsourcing and working with virtual assistants. Thus, I heard of it through a business podcast called The Amazing Seller Show. Where Scott Voelker, talks about how he uses Virtual Assistant help to grow his business. And thought about it. It was interesting. But I hesitated. As a stay at home mom, I didn’t think I could afford it. But you see, in life, we need to find ways on how to win. And so I crafted out a plan no matter how silly it would seem to look like.

But, can I hire a virtual assistant for just two hours a week? I asked myself that question. Should I even ask a virtual assistant to work with me for only two hours weekly? I felt a bit uncomfortable thinking in that way. Really Vida!

So, I turned the table over and switched my thoughts. After all, what bad could happen to ask? Maybe get a NO? And, since when I care about getting a NO for an answer? I have no date for that.

Don’t wait any longer to ask for help

These virtual assistants have multiple hours to offer to work on their client’s business, but I could only afford to give them two hours per week. I laughed at myself and shed a few tears because I thought it was hilarious!

But the truth is, it was the only situation I could work with at that current state of my business. However, we have to push through our hesitations and limiting beliefs. Therefore, you need to start somewhere. And yet, the best place to start is exactly where you are.

With this in mind, I decided to go for it and ask, can you work for a maximum of two hours weekly only? To my surprise, I heard only YESes. Of course, I got lucky. No doubt, that NOs can happen. But that’s their call. It shouldn’t bother you. Just call the neeext in line.

So, how to get remarkable results from a virtual assistant help, even if you can afford only two hours a week.

And so, soon after my first experiment, I made my first hire. For some people, two hours per week is unnoticeable, but for a mompreneur that’s wearing so many hats raizing a family and growing a business, that’s enormously significant.

Certainly, I started noticing how it was going by and how much it was helping me to take care of the essential things. Consequently, In two hours per week, the items I’ve listed below were handled one by one, week by week! As a matter of fact, Randiss, my amazing first virtual assistant, put in processes to keep me walking away from a messy, ugly clutter.

The work got done

1. For example, my subscribers have been hearing from me often now. And so, they start to know who Vida is.

2. Finally, my appointments can be seen & understood, in one glance vs. having it written down in scattered post-it notes.

3. Indeed, that research that I’ve been putting off has started.4. Also, my inbox is clean & my emails have been answered.

5. My product descriptions have been magically written up while I didn’t bang my head on finding the right words!

The remarkable results of having a virtual assistant to help you

1. Therefore, now I have extra time to actually set up thinking time, and spend additional minutes learning things that are essential to know to keep growing my business.

 2. Nor, I have not missed an appointment!

3. Also, I’m starting to reach out to potential connections who can help bring my business to a new higher ground.

4. I have peaceful reading time, some relaxing moments during the week, and I do not mean hiding in the bathroom to get some peace and quiet. Though, sometimes I still do that on the weekends during family time. Hush.

 5. Even more, not only I started to make and sell more jewelry. But, also I was able to put thought on my next designs and come up with a new collection.

Can you believe that?

But, what if I didn’t push through with hiring a virtual assistant. Nor, what if I kept my limiting belief that no one will bite my offer of working for only two hours per week?

In other words, everything would still be in the same way, and the quality of my business and my personal life would continue to be messy!

But now, a huge turn around has happened. And, you know why?

Firstly, all because I decided to ask and give a try to something new at that stage of my business.

Secondly, I set aside the naysayers.

Lastly, and most importantly, I continued to stick to my own positive belief vibe!

Well, now guess what?!

Surprisingly, those two hours slowly expanded to 5 hours, to 10 hours, to 15 hours, and now, to my delight, I’m building a team of virtual assistants!

This is all because I decided to get help in getting some tasks done. I could delegate while I focused my time on more important things; Such as business strategies, selling, and product creation!

Determine your starting point when hiring your first virtual assistant

So, by now, with my experience with virtual assistants, let me tell you this; To be successful, hiring your first VA is essential to determine your starting point, the tasks you want to delegate, and then start from there. In fact, the world is at your fingertips, and you will find many virtual assistants who would be eager to help you at your starting hours, and at your starting rates.

Listen, you’ll have different experiences for sure, but the bottom line here is to keep pushing through! If you’re focused enough and your head is in the game, you’ll see and enjoy the difference of working with virtual assistants even if your starting point is only at two hours per week.
